White Stag Sierra is a team-oriented, demanding outdoors summer camp experience. We’ve found that the gear listed below is enough for a week at camp. All group equipment is supplied.

Bring only the gear listed below. You must be ready to carry everything you bring on a hike. Choose the quality and type of gear you bring carefully. If you’re new to camping, you may be able to rent some of your equipment like a backpack or sleeping bag.

Put name tags in clothing and on gear to make it easier to return if lost. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced items.

Required personal equipment

Find a 2-person backpacking tent that’s lightweight and durable.

Note: Do not bring personal electronics of any kind, including cell phones. Non-essential items will be held for you and stored for safekeeping until graduation.
